2008年之前都没考，2009年教改后就增添了英语听力。有两次机会，算最高分的成绩作高考成绩。作为过来人，我现在英语6级过了，学习英语，个人认为最好用的辅导教材是星火英语，各大新华书店都有卖的，我高中英语只能算中等，高三的时候坚持每天用星火英语《巅峰训练》练习，锻炼，到高考的时候，英语已经在班上数一数二了。到大学也坚持星火英语，让我创造出自己想不到的成绩。加油！祝你成功O(∩_∩)O~

2009三月年浙江高考英语听力的试题

高考是需要考英语听力的,只是个别省份英语听力分数不计入总分。

上海、北京、江苏、安徽、福建、湖南、河南、湖北等会在高考的时候考笔试的听力。部分省市如四川、新疆，内蒙古等最近几年高考都没考听力。

全国大部分省份高考都是使用全国卷，全国卷是有外语听力的，英语150分的卷子听力占30分，但不会计入高考总分的，英语笔试的120分会折合成150分。

有部分省市例如广东是另外在电脑上进行听说考试（占高考英语总分150分中的15分），在正式笔试的时候不考听力。

其他省市例如上海、北京、江苏、安徽、福建、湖南、河南、湖北等会在高考的时候考笔试的听力。部分省市如四川、新疆，内蒙古等最近几年高考都没考听力。

各省命题方式：

全国卷增至26个省市区，京、津、沪、浙、苏单独。

除北京、天津、江苏、上海、浙江等5个省份单独命题外，全国26个省份均采用全国卷。全国考试一张卷教育公平日趋完善。

高考英语开始考听力的年限

高考英语考听力最早是从2001年开始的，然后一直延续到现在。所以说高考英语满分150分里是包含着英语听力的。

高考英语听力考试时长

高考英语听力考试的时长大约是20分钟，放在高考英语刚开考时考。需要注意的是，考英语听力时，原则上是不允许所有考生做英语听力外的题的。英语听力以外的题需要在听力播音结束后才能开始做。

另外，英语听力考试的时间里，按照考试规定包含了考生作答和涂卡的时间。英语基础好、听力能力好的同学做题和涂卡的时间比较充裕。但是对于英语基础不太好、听力也不太好的同学来说时间有可能会不够用。

高考英语听力考试的分值

高考英语满分150分，其中听力部分满分30分。听力以外的分值120分。需要注意的是，英语听力的30分在计入总分时是不用乘系数折合的。所以，一定要重视听力部分的分值。
