不定式在 with trees and flowers fo plant 中做定语,不定式在名词后做后置定语时,本身就有被动的意思,不能再用它的被动式,所以不能说 with trees and flowers to be planted ;

having taken everything into cosideration,是现在分词的完成式,表示动作发生在主句的动作发生之前;

It will be / is / was + 时间段 + before .......,是一个比较固定的句型,意思是:过····长 时间才·····;

··· ··· from what was left ... ... 意思是:从剩下的东西里 ··· ···,在这里,what = something that ,既引导定语从句,又在定语从句中做主语,而 which 只能引导定语从句,不能在从句中充当句子成分;

such fine weather ,意思是:这样好的天气,因为 weather 是名词, so 是副词,所以不能说 so fine weather;so nice the weather 在这里也不行,因为前面已经有了主语 it ;
