1、Shall we do ... ?
2、Let's do.......,shall we?
3、Let us do......,will you?
4、Hurry up, or you will miss the bus. （根据句意，此处为 or ）
5、Pay more attention to details, and you will make fewer mistakes. (根据句意，此处为 and)
为便于理解，我先把这句话拆成两句，如下：

"in the letter"就是第二句中的地点状语，说明动作发生的地理位置
两句合并后，in the letter就可以用where代替
就形成了He wrote a letter where he explained what had happened in the accident.
另，where亦可用in which代替
