广东高考英语听说第三部分复述用用第一人称或第三人称都可以。

故事复述技巧:

在听录音前,根据试题所给的梗概和关键词预测故事内容。

第一遍的时候,应该认真的听。把故事情节掌握好,弄清楚故事的发展过程。把关键的情节写下来。快速集信息要点,读懂各个要点之间的关系。

第二遍的时候,补充完善细节,检查是否有遗漏点。可以把常用的名词、形容词、衔接词用符号代替,如surprised用i表示,week用w表示,because用∵表示等。这个就必须长期练习形成习惯,功在平时。

组织复述语言,明确复述时要使用的人称和时态。注意人称的转换以及时态和连词的正确使用。弄清楚人物关系,复述时不要张冠李戴。

故事复述是要求考生先听一段大约两分钟的独白,录音播放两遍。考生准备一分钟之后开始复述所听的内容。要求考生尽可能使用自己的语言复述,而且复述内容应涵盖尽可能多的原文信息点。选取的独白其体裁主要以记叙文和议论文为主。

其他省市例如上海、北京、江苏、安徽、福建、湖南、河南、湖北等会在高考的时候考笔试的听力。部分省市如四川、新疆,内蒙古等最近几年高考都没考听力。
